During a multi-year media relations campaign, VC3 first wanted to be established as a premier value-added reseller (VAR) and later as a provider of government solutions when it rolled out a new suite of technology products. Over the course of the project, hundreds of media articles were placed in nationwide technology, business, and government media outlets. The product rollout of required a separate campaign, complete with media pitching and a technology analyst tour. These two media articles are just a sample of how VC3 was included in articles already on publications’ editorial calendars being written by staff writers. The editors included VC3 due to active pitching of story angles that fit within their existing assignments.
